The Health and Wellbeing team at Harborough District Council have put together a Steady Steps online class together with an experienced instructor to support with falls prevention.
The online class is a great gentle exercise session for those struggling with their mobility.

Bower House situated in Market Harborough is offering counselling to anyone who needs support with their mental health. Their services cover a 10 mile radius from Market Harborough.
Although the Bower House is a Christian charity, those with any or no faith are welcome to access the service.

The city and county councils say they are working hard to re-open some of their recycling and household waste sites later this month.
