Play Area Re-opens

The Parish Council is pleased to announce that the Play Area is open once more for all children up to 12 years. Extended Construction Working Hours

The Government's Written Ministerial Statement issued on the 13 May 2020 on planning and construction hours makes it clear that local planning authorities are expected to agree requests from developers to extend construction working hours to 9pm Monday to Saturday, until the 13 May 2021. Mental Health Support from Bower House in Market Harborough

Bower House situated in Market Harborough is offering counselling to anyone who needs support with their mental health. Their services cover a 10 mile radius from Market Harborough.

Although the Bower House is a Christian charity, those with any or no faith are welcome to access the service.

Councils Working to Re-Open Waste Sites

People being encouraged to only visit if essential.

The city and county councils say they are working hard to re-open some of their recycling and household waste sites later this month.

The county sites opening are at Barwell, Lount, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Mountsorrel, Oadby and Whetstone.
